Joinform Coupons & Promo Codes – October 2026: Free Trial, $22 First Month and Sale Sets
Between a workout membership and a drawer full of matching sets, FORM can add up. The upside: in October 2026, joinform.com had a free trial, a discounted first month, a cheaper-per-month annual plan, a referral offer and plenty of activewear markdowns. We didn't find a public promo code, so here's every real saving we could confirm.

Is There a FORM (Joinform) Promo Code?
We didn't find a public promo code on joinform.com in October 2026. The one code-based offer we saw is personal: if a friend shares their FORM referral link, you receive a code for 20% off an annual membership. The FAQ also mentions a Black Friday code in past seasons, but nothing was live when we checked. Any real code will appear on our FORM deals page.
Deal 1: The 7-Day Free Trial
FORM's trial page is titled "Start Your 7-Day Free Trial." Use the week to try a few Pilates and strength classes and follow the weekly schedule before you pay anything.
Deal 2: $22 for Your First 37 Days
The monthly membership listing says your first 37 days are just $22 — "a full month plus a bonus week" — then $28 a month after that, and you can cancel anytime. For comparison, the FAQ lists the standard monthly price as $28.
Deal 3: Go Annual
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $22 first 37 days, then $28/month | Full access, cancel anytime |
| Annual | $138.99 | First year plus a bonus week, about $12/month |
FORM says the annual plan saves "over $190" compared with paying monthly. Both plans include the same full access — the brand says there are no tiers and no hidden content.
Deal 4: Activewear Markdowns
When we checked, the shop had plenty of marked-down sets:
| Piece | Was | Sale price | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core Leggings – Matcha | $88 | $66 | $22 |
| Core Shorts 5" – Cobalt | $74 | $55.50 | $18.50 |
| Binding Layered Bra – Navy/Lemon | $76 | $57 | $19 |
| uniFORM Sweatshirt – Walnut/Cream | $134 | $100.50 | $33.50 |
These were tagged final sale. FORM doesn't accept returns or exchanges on sale items, so check the size chart first.
Deal 5: Refer a Friend
Already a member? Enter your email on the referral page to get a link. Each friend who joins through it gets 20% off an annual membership, and you earn a $20 credit to spend in the FORM shop.

FORM Coupon FAQ
Does FORM offer a free trial?
Yes — the site advertises a 7-day free trial of the workout platform.
How much is a FORM membership?
The FAQ lists $28 a month. The shop's monthly listing offers the first 37 days for $22, and the annual listing is $138.99 for the first year plus a bonus week.
Is there free shipping on activewear?
Yes, on U.S. orders over $250 (standard shipping).
Can I return sale items?
No. Sale items can't be returned or exchanged, and Last Chance purchases are final sale.
The Bottom Line
The smartest way into FORM is the 7-day free trial, followed by the $22 first-37-days offer or the annual plan if you know you'll keep at it. A friend's referral link knocks 20% off annual, and the activewear markdowns save $18–$34 a piece. Check our FORM deals page before you buy.
