Which FORM Sports Bra Should You Buy? Joinform Buying Guide 2026

Monday is a 20-minute mat Pilates class. Wednesday is weights. Saturday is the class with jump squats you keep pretending you didn't see on the schedule. One sports bra can't love all three days equally, and FORM, the activewear and workout brand at joinform.com, seems to know it. Its bra lineup runs from a barely-there knot-front style to double-layered bras built for jumping.
The catch is that there are more than a dozen silhouettes, many in several colorways, and the names don't always tell you how they behave. SweatproofGear went through every FORM bra listed in October 2026, noting the support level, coverage, cup range and size run printed on each product page, so you can match the bra to the workout instead of guessing.
Start Here: FORM's Two Labels
Most FORM bra pages carry two short ratings: Coverage (low, medium or high) and Support (low, medium or high). Many also list a cup range, such as "designed to fit cups AA–C." Read those three lines together and you've done most of the work:
- Support tells you how much movement the bra is designed for.
- Coverage is about how much of your chest the fabric covers, which affects the look as much as the feel.
- Cup range tells you whether the style was designed with your bust in mind at all.
Every bra we checked uses the same 75% polyester / 25% spandex fabric, so the differences come from construction, not material.
The Whole Lineup at a Glance

Two more styles don't carry the standard labels. The Criss Cross Layered Bra ($76) is a four-layer design the brand pitches for smaller chests, with lighter, low coverage. The Curved Hem Bra ($68) has a curved underbust and thick straps, and FORM describes it as made for medium to fuller busts.
Which FORM Bra Should You Buy?
For Pilates, stretching and slow flows
The Knot Bra is honest about its job: low support, low coverage, a deep V and a knot at center front, fully lined, for cups AA–C. The Seamless X Bra keeps the deep V but adds Y-back straps and a seamless neckline, and steps up to medium support. If you're in that AA–C range and your week is mostly mat work, either fits the brief.
For everyday training and mixed classes
This is the biggest group. The V-Neck Bra is FORM's update of its Y Bra, with thicker straps and contrast binding, and it lists the widest cup range of the medium styles (A–G). The Straight Neck Bra swaps the V for a straight neckline and adjustable straps. The Reversible V-Neck gives you two colorways in one bra, in sizes up to XXXL. The Scoop Contrast Bra adds a curved underbust seam with a higher center front.
For HIIT, running in place and jump days
Go layered. The original Layered Bra is double-layered, lined front and back on both layers, with adjustable straps on the bottom layer. It's listed as high support and high coverage for cups A–G, in XS–XXXL, which makes it the most inclusive high-support option on the list. The Halter Layered and Binding Layered styles are also high support, with medium coverage, for cups AA–D.
For fuller busts
Look at the styles that say so: the Layered Bra and V-Neck Bra (both A–G) and the Curved Hem Bra, which FORM aims at medium to fuller busts.

Getting the Size Right
FORM bras are listed as "designed true to size" and share one chart based on bust and underbust in inches:
| FORM size | Bust (in) | Underbust (in) |
|---|---|---|
| XS | 32–33.5 | 26.5–28 |
| S | 34–35.5 | 28.5–30 |
| M | 36–37.5 | 30.5–32 |
| L | 38–39.5 | 32.5–34 |
| XL | 40–41.5 | 34.5–36 |
| XXL | 42–43.5 | 36.5–38 |
| XXXL | 44–46 | 38.5–40 |
The Scoop Contrast and Criss Cross styles use a slightly different chart that also lists bra length (5 1/8" in XS up to 7" in XL), so check that table on those two pages.
Full Price or Sale Colorway?
Several silhouettes were also selling in some colorways at a discount in October 2026, for example the Binding Layered Bra in Walnut/Pink at $49.40 (was $76) and the Curved Hem Bra in Glacier/Espresso at $47.60 (was $68). The trade-off is in the policy: FORM doesn't accept returns or exchanges on sale items, and Last Chance purchases are final. Full-price pieces can be refunded within 14 days with tags attached, or returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days.
So a simple strategy: buy your first bra in a style at full price, confirm the size, then pick up extra colors on sale.
Shipping Notes Before You Order
- Free U.S. shipping on orders of $250 or more, and the banner notes that exclusions apply.
- Processing takes 1–3 business days; standard delivery is 6–10 business days after that.
- Return postage is yours to pay unless you added Free Returns at checkout.
- Care is easy: the bra pages say to wash on a gentle cycle with like colors.
