EcoWise Vitamins Lineup Compared 2026: HCl vs Monohydrate Gummies, Longevity Stick and Ashwagandha

Four products, two formats, two kinds of creatine and a price that changes depending on which button you press. Open the EcoWise Vitamins menu and it can feel like a quiz: HCl or monohydrate? Gummy or stick? One pack every month, or three packs every three months?

This guide lays the whole lineup out on one table. SweatproofGear read the product pages and the supplement facts panels shown in the product photos on ecowisevitamins.com in October 2026, then worked out what each product costs per serving under each way of buying. No promises about results — just what's in the jar, how you take it and what you pay.

The main menu currently features three of these: the HCl gummies, Longevity Foundation and the ashwagandha gummies. The monohydrate gummies are still sold and linked from the homepage.

What the Labels Say

Creatine HCl Gummies

The current supplement facts panel pictured on the site lists, per 3-gummy serving: 900 mg of CON-CRET® creatine HCl, a 400 mg turmeric blend and 1.5 mg of black pepper extract, with 30 calories, 10 g of carbohydrate and 0 g of sugars. The strawberry label lists purified water, monk fruit extract, xylitol, maltitol, pectin, strawberry juice powder, citric acid, malic acid and sodium citrate as other ingredients. Note that an older facts panel still in the photo gallery shows 750 mg, so compare the label on the jar you receive.

Creatine Monohydrate Gummies

The monohydrate facts panel lists 5,000 mg of creatine monohydrate per 4-gummy serving, with the same 400 mg turmeric blend and 1.5 mg of black pepper extract, plus 40 calories, 12 g of carbohydrate and 0 g of sugars. The product photos show the gummies in both a resealable pouch and a tub.

Longevity Foundation

This is the most complex label in the lineup. Per 7.5 g stick it lists liposomal vitamin C complex (588 mg), biotin (3,000 mcg), CON-CRET® creatine HCl (1,500 mg), hydrolyzed marine collagen peptides from Alaskan pollock (2,000 mg), colostrum (1,100 mg), a tindalized Lactobacillus rhamnosus ingredient (50 mg), Cynatine® keratin (500 mg), resveratrol (400 mg), Urolithin A (500 mg), CoQ10 as ubiquinol (100 mg) and black pepper extract. Other ingredients are malic acid, citric acid, natural flavors, stevia extract and inulin.

Ashwagandha Gummies

The product page lists 1,500 mg of ashwagandha extract per serving, with 5-HTP and L-tyrosine in the same formula. A jar holds 60 gummies, at 2 per serving.

Cost per Serving, Side by Side

Every pack holds 30 servings, which makes the math easy. We divided the prices shown on each product page by 30.

Product1-pack subscriptionPer servingOne-timePer serving
Creatine HCl Gummies$48$1.60$69$2.30
Creatine Monohydrate Gummies$45$1.50Check cart*—
Longevity Foundation$20 (offer)$0.67$56$1.87
Ashwagandha Gummies$23$0.77$30$1.00

*The monohydrate page showed a $69 one-time price in one block and a "$40 every month" line next to its $45 subscription, so the final number is the one in your cart. Multi-packs lower the HCl cost further: the page listed 2 packs for $83 and 3 packs for $118 per delivery, which the site itself works out to $1.38 and $1.31 a day. Longevity Foundation's page defaulted to 2 packs every 2 months for $34.

Head to Head: The Choices That Actually Differ

HCl vs. monohydrate gummies

Both are chewable creatine with the same turmeric and black pepper add-ins. The HCl version uses a smaller daily serving (3 gummies, 900 mg on the current label), while the monohydrate version uses 4 gummies for 5,000 mg. The monohydrate gummies are slightly cheaper on subscription; the HCl gummies are the ones the site now features in its menu and bundles.

Gummies vs. the Longevity stick

The gummies are grab-and-go with no water needed. Longevity Foundation is a powder you stir into 12 to 16 ounces of water, and it's the only product in the lineup that isn't plant-based: it lists marine collagen from fish and colostrum. One pop-up on the HCl page describes it as vegan, which doesn't match its own ingredient list, so go by the label.

Ashwagandha on its own or bundled

The ashwagandha gummies are the least expensive product here and the only one in a single flavor. Because the formula includes 5-HTP, check with a doctor first if you take any medication — the brand's FAQ also suggests a medical check if you're pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition.

What Every Product Shares

  • Subscriptions ship free and can be set to deliver every 1, 2 or 3 months.
  • The brand says its bottles use 99% recycled plastic and its gummies are pectin-based, made with Colorado spring water.
  • Orders ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
  • The refund policy accepts unopened products within 30 days of receipt; a separate money-back page covers a first entry-size purchase.

Our Verdict

EcoWise's lineup is easier to compare than it first looks: every pack is 30 servings, three of the four are gummies, and subscription pricing cuts the cost sharply. Pick the format you'll actually use — gummies for the gym bag, the stick if you like a morning drink — read the facts panel for the exact version you're buying, and check our EcoWise Vitamins deals page before you subscribe.
